中南大学工程硕士论文 中南大学工程硕士论文 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT In the iron and steel factories．gas collector pressure iS an important parameter in coke production．whether it iS stable iS related the gas quality,the coke life-span and environment．If the pressure is over-low, the burning chamber would imbibe the air and cause the COke burning， then influence the coke life-span，reduce the gas quality,even endanger the safe running of fan；If the pressure is over—high，it would cause the coke smoking and getting angry,thus pollute the environment and waster mounts of energy,furthermore，smoking Can cause the coke mast heated and intension decreasing．which can shorten the coke 1ife-span． So it’S very important to keep the gas collector pressure stable for the iron and steel factories． The control target of the gas collector pressure iS to realize the decoupling control of the cokes，ensure the stability of the pressure， improve the working environment，increase the productivity and the gas and coke quality,economize the gas energy and prolong the coke life—span．To solve the decoupling problem，a hybrid intelligent decoupling control method is presented．Which is integrated fuzzy control，intelligent decoupling control，PID control，forward feedback control and expert control，the application causes the cokes stable within the twenty Pa ofthe techniques enactment value． The method realizes the decoupling control system with DDC and SCC distributed control scheme links the intelligent decoupling control software with Honeywell DCS by OPC communication protoc01． The system has been applied in the factory．The result of real-time control shows the system has reliable work，stable capability,perfect function and convenient operation and accurate control precision．Its run restrains the pressure fluctuating effectually and it brings obvious economy and social benefit． KEY WORDS：DCS，Gas collector pressure，fuzz
