AbstractThe Abstract The right of privacy is a kind of fight to human dignity guaranteed by the law, according to which citizens have the fight to dominate their personal information and private affairs．However,our current law in effect has not yet provided a clear and definite concept of the fight of privacy．Relevant academic researches and legal documents only mentioned the‘ought-to—be’S，without any substantial breakthrough on the essential problems of how to protect these‘ought-to—be’S and the limits of the protection．This is particularly true of the fact that the protection of college students’ privacy has not received proper attention until nOW．Invasions of the privacy of college students take place now and then,some bringing about very serious consequences．The lack ofrequisite attention and necessary protection ofthe privacy ofcollege students will not only disturb their own personal development，but also the development ofour society． Therefore，to reinforce the protection ofour college students’right ofprivacy has become the top priority of the moment．This thesis will begin with a discussion of the evolution and definition of the fight of privacy,followed by a panoramic outline account of the characteristics and contents ofthe privacy of college students．and then continue with an introduction of the present situation and problems in the protection of their pdvacy． Finally,witll all the information provided．by reviewing the expefience and lessons from OUr previous practice and drawing reference from examples of legislation of foreign countries，specific suggestions are put forward On reinforcing the legal protection of the right of privacy of college students in four perspectives：transforming the concept of educational administration，improving the legislate sense of 0111administrators， strengthening the idea ofthe protection ofcollege students’fight and perfecting the law． Keywords：The fight ofprivacy ofcollege students；Present situation； Legal protection ⑥ ⑥
