护理质量 Nursing Quality 上海某三级医院护理人员临床护理决策 依据认知与实践现况调查 付强强 嵇承栋 张建琴 万悦竹 马瑜 许畅 杨衍赜 [ 摘 要] 目的：了解上海某三级医院护理人员临床护理决策依据认知和实践现况。方法：对上海市某三级医 院 336 名临床护理人员进行问卷调查，内容包括基本情况、临床护理决策依据认知和实践现况、文献检索和数据 分析基本技能及培训需求。结果：仅有11.9%的护理人员遇到诊疗问题时会查阅循证医学研究成果；20.2%的人 遇到医疗纠纷时查阅 EBM 研究成果；45.5% 不会使用常用的中文文献数据库，84.8% 不会使用常用的英文文献 数据库；进行循证护理实践的障碍依次为：不知如何找证据（58.9%）、不会提炼加工信息（46.4%）、没有时间（44.1%）。 结论：护理人员对循证临床护理决策依据的认知和实践尚有很大不足，应从根本上提高护理人员的循证护理基本 素质并提供相应的外部条件和环境，促进护理人员循证实践的发展。 [ 关键词 ] 护理人员；循证护理学；现状调查；横断面研究 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2016.05.026 The prevalence of cognition and practice in clinical care decision making among nurses in a Tertiary hospital in Shanghai / FU Qiangqiang, JI Chengdong, ZHANG Jianqin, WAN Yuezhu, MA Yu, XU Chang, YANG Yanze // Yangpu Hospital, Tongji University School of Medicine, Shanghai, 200090 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2016,16(5): 677-680 [Abstract] Objective: To investigate The prevalence of cognition and practice in clinical care decision making among nurses in a Tertiary hospital in Shanghai in order to promote Evidence-based Nursing practice.
