探讨冠心病心律失常的动态心电图与常规心电图应用对比 大庆市中医医院163311 摘 要 目的研究分析冠心病心律失常的动态心电图与常规心电图应用。方 法 此次研究的对象是选取2013年8月?2014年1月在我院检查确诊为冠心病 的患者65例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，患者的年龄33?69岁，平均 (51.3plusmn;17.5)岁,男36例，女29例，病程1个月?21年，平均 (101.9plusmn;24.1)个月，所有患者在进行检查之前停药3d再进入研究，先 行常规心电图检查，结束后随即行24h动态心电图检查，观察两种心电图显示心 肌缺血发牛的例数；两种心电图监测冠心病心律失常发牛的情况，主要包括室上 性早搏、室性二、三联律、室性早搏成对、房性早搏早发、房性早搏成对等；患 者的接受程度。结果65例患者中，动态心电图与常规心电图检查心肌缺血阳性 率差异无统计学意义(Pgt；0.05)；两种检查方法相比，室性二、三联律、室性 早搏成对、房性早搏早发、房性早搏二、三联律、房性早搏成对、短阵室上速的 阳性结果差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；65例患者在两种心电图检查都结束后， 对常规心电图和动态心电图的接受率有显著差异(Plt;0.05)o结论 动态心电图 对于冠心病及其心律失常的诊断灵敏度较高，大多患者对其表示接受，值得在临 床上推广。 关键词 冠心病；心律失常；动态心电图 [Abstract] Objective To study the application of dynamic electrocardiogram and routi ne electrocardiogram in the an alysis of arrhythmia of cor on ary heart disease.
