探讨脑出血微创钻孔引流术联合高压氧及神经节昔脂治疗高血压脑出血的疗效 五常市屮医院 150200 目的研究分析脑出血微创钻孔引流术联合高压氧、神经节昔脂治疗高血 压脑出血的效果。方法此次研究的对彖是选择229例高血压脑出血手术患者。 将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为3组，均行微创血肿清除术。A组88 例术后第7天行高压氧治疗，1次/天，10天为一疗程，共4个疗程；B组64例 术后第2天静滴神经节昔脂注射液60mg加生理盐水250ml, 1次/d, 14天为1 个疗程，共2个疗程；C组77例联合应用高压氧、神经节昔脂治疗，方法同A、 B组。治疗3个月、6个月后行神经功能评分，根据评分结果评价疗效。结果 A组64例有效，有效率为72.72%； B组分别为46例、71.88%, C组分别为65 例、84.42% o C组有效率与A、B组分别比较差异有统计学意义，Plt;0.05； A 组与B组比较治疗效果差异无统计学意义，Pgt；0.05o治疗前后NIHSS评分C 组与A、B组分别比较差异有统计学意义，P均lt;0.05； A组与B组比较差异无 统计学意义，Pgt;0.05o结论脑出血微创钻孔引流术后联合高压氧、神经节昔 脂治疗高血压脑出血的效果较好。 关键词高压氧疗法；神经节昔脂；钻孔引流术；高血压脑出血 Abstract Objective To study the effect of minimally invasive drainage combined with hyperbaric oxygen and the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 229 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected for the study.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and were randomly divided into 3 groups.All patients underwent minimally invasive evacuation of hematoma.A group of 88 cases of 7th postoperative day hyperbaric oxygen treatment, 1 times / day, 10 days for a course of treatment, a total of four treatment； group B 64 cases of postoperative day 2 intravenous drip of ganglioside injection 60mg plus normal saline 250ml, 1 / D, 14 days for a course of treatment, a total of two courses； C group (77 cases) combined with hyperbaric oxyge n and God by gan glioside treatme nt method with a, B group.After 3 mon ths and 6 mon ths after treatme nt, the n eurological fun ctio n scores were evaluated accordi ng to the results of the evaluati on .Results in group A, 64 cases were effective and the effective rate was 72.72%.The B group was 46 cases and 71.88%, respectively.The C group was 65 cases and 84.42% respectively.The efficiency of C group and B, A group were statistically significant differenee, Plt;0.05, A group compared with the B group, there was no sign讦icant differenee in treatment effect, Pgt;0.05.Before and after treatment, the NIHSS scores
