更昔洛韦联合泼尼松治疗带状疱疹的临床效果观察 王泽芳1周君武2唐艳2石宇2陈冷萍2 (四川省双流县第一人民医院610000) 【摘 要】目的观察更昔洛韦联合泼尼松治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的78例带状疱疹患者随机分为观察组39例和对照组39例。观察组 患者在常规治疗的基础上行更昔洛韦联合泼尼松治疗，对照组患者在常规治疗的 基础上行单纯的更昔洛韦治疗。评价两组患者的临床治疗效果，统计患者临床症 状的改善时间；同时，检测患者治疗前后血清白细胞介素-16 (IL-6)和白细胞介 素JO (IL-10)的表达水平；并统计患者治疗后带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的发 牛率。结果观察组患者临床治疗的总有效率为92.31%,对照组为79.48%,两 组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)；观察组患者治疗后平均止疱时间、结 痂时间、脱痂时间及疼痛缓解时间均短于对照组(P均0.05)；治疗后，观察组 患者血清IL?6、IL?10的指标水平均低于对照组(P均V0.05)o同时，治疗后第 4周末、第8周末，观察组患者PHN的发生率均低于对照组(P均V0.05)。结论 更昔洛韦联合泼尼松治疗带状疱疹的临床效果显著，能有效降低患者PHN的发 牛率。 【关键词】带状疱疹；更昔洛韦；泼尼松；后遗神经痛 R752.1+2 B 1003-5028 (2015) 7-0117-02 Observe of the effect of ganciclovir combined with prednisone in the treatment of herpes zoster [Abstract】objective: to observe of the effect of ganciclovir combined with prednisone in the treatment of herpes zoster.
