影响小细胞肺癌生存预后的因素分析 湖南旺旺医院综合科 湖南长沙410005 目的 通过对比分析不同状况和治疗方法下患者的牛存情况, 以提高小细胞肺癌的治疗成功率。方法对172例小细胞肺癌患者根据年龄、性 别、分期、是否合并低钠血症、初治化疗周期数、是否行二线化疗，以及是否进 行联合放化疗、预防性脑照射进行分组；用SPSS19.0软件进行统计学分析， Kaplan-Meier法计算牛存率，进行Log-rank非参数检验，用Cox比例风险模型进 行多因素回归分析。结果单因素分析发现分期、是否合并低钠血症、初治化疗 周期数、是否行二线化疗以及是否进行联合放化疗、预防性脑照射与患者的预后 相关，Cox回归分析则显示洋;4周期的初始化疗、二线化疗为独立保护性因素， 而低钠血症是独立危险性因素。结论与患者治疗前的一般状况相比，治疗方案 的选择对患者预后的影响更大；以化疗为主的综合治疗模式仍为小细胞肺癌治疗 的基木模式，足够的化疗周期是治疗的根木，低钠血症是治疗中需要关注的并发 症。 关键词预后因素；小细胞肺癌；回顾性分析；牛存分析 Abstract objective In this paper, through comparative analysis of survival under different conditions and treatments of patients to improve the success rate of treatment of small cell Iung cancer.
