掌侧万向锁定钢板在扌尧骨远端骨折中的应用体会 张积森 荆珏华 周云 许新忠 叶曙明 李军 赵耀 徐春归 (安徽医科大学第二附属医院骨科 安徽 合肥230601) 摘 要 目的观察掌侧万向锁定钢板治疗機骨远端骨折的临床效果。方 法对我院2014年5月?2015年2月期间29例棧骨远端骨折进行切开复位掌侧 万向锁定钢板内固定，术后观察橈骨远端骨折治疗后一些并发症的情况，如伤口 感染、内固定失败、神经损伤、创伤性关节炎等，并对腕关节功能进行相应评分。 结果其中28例病人随访3月至12月不等，平均7.1个月，腕关节 Gartland-Werley评分，优12例;良9例；可4例;差3例,失访1例。优良 率为75.0%。结论对于挠骨远端骨折，挠骨远端掌侧万向锁定钢板具有术中复 位好、固定可靠、操作简单、术后功能满意的优点，但远期疗效仍需进一步观察 和病例的积累。 关键词 機骨远端骨折；掌侧解剖型锁定钢板；万向锁定；内固定术 1R274.1 B 11003-5028(2015 ) 8-0862-02 Clinic application of volar polyaxial locking plate in treatment of distal radius fracture Zha ng jisen, Ji ng juehua, Zhou yun, Xu xin zhong, Ye shumi ng, Li jun, zhao yao, xu chungui (Department of Orthopedics, The Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University, Hefei 230601, China) [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clin ical effects of treating distal radius fracture with volar polyaxial locking plate fixation. Methods 29 patients of distal radius fracture in the hospital between May 2014 and February 2015 were treated with open reduction and volar polyaxial locking plate internal fixation. The complicatio ns such as wound in fecti on, in ter nal fixatio n failure, n erve injury, traumatic osteoarthritis were observed postoperative!y. And the wrist function was evaluated. Results 28 patients were followed up for 3~12 months(average7.1 months). The recent clinical efficacy was satisfactory. According to Garland and Werley evaluation system, 12 patients obtained excellent results, 9 good, 4 fair, 3 bad, 1 lost for follow-up. The excellent and good rate was 75.0%. Conclusions For patients with distal radius fracture, volar polyaxial locking plate can provide good reduction, exact fixation, simple use and satisfactory postoperative function. But the Iong-term efficacy need to be evaluated with further observation and case accumulation.
