河北理工大学信息学院 学 号：201324570332 华北理工大学轻工学院 本科生毕业论文 论文题目： 关于ERP系统优化 左利商贸管理水平的研究 学生姓名： 张文慈 专业班级： 2013q财务管理3班 所属学院： 商学院 指导教师： 王秀菊 2017年06月10日 摘 要 摘 要 近年来，小微企业迅速成长，晋升为我国经济的支柱。小微企业结构的灵活性较强，制度简单，依靠顽强的生命力和市场应变能力迅速发展，成为我国经济很重要的部分，并有推动经济向前发展的效果。但是，小微企业存在一系列的问题。例如：企业规模小、流动资金少、人才匮乏、技术水平与管理水平低、信息滞后及时性差、合作性差等一系列问题。随着小微企业的不断发展，存在的问题逐渐显现。因此，小微企业迫切需要借助ERP来突破发展的瓶颈。ERP可协助企业冲出局限，使企业发展路径得以拓宽，从各个角度完善企业增强综合竞争力。通过信息化的管理方式，推进企业成长。因此，小微企业就有了实施ERP的强烈愿望。 ERP是一个复杂的系统工程，存在机遇也存在风险，由于各方面条件的限制，要想更好的改善管理，就要做好前期分析和规划。本文研究的目的，在于帮助小微企业更好的了解ERP系统，寻找如何通过实施系统、运行系统，达到改善管理、促进企业发展的目标。从软件厂商、实施方和客户三个角度考虑对我国小微企业的管理优化并提出建议。最后选定用友畅捷通的T6软件、唐山用友3S联盟合作伙伴、唐山左利商贸有限公司分别作为厂商、实施方和客户，进行实例研究。 关键词 ERP；ERP系统；小微企业；管理 目 录 目 录 Abstract In recent years, the rapid growth of small and micro businesses, and promoted as the pillar of Chinas economy.
