- - PAGE 10 - Clinical Research on Treating Postoperational Complications of Circular Mixed Hemorrhoids with Expanding Anus Coordination with Invigorating the Circulation of Blood and Removing Blood Stasis Decoction Abstract Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of expanding the anus technique coordination invigorating the circulation of blood and removing blood stasis decoction on preventing and treating postoperational complications of circular mixed hemorrhoids, with a view to explore a more ideal treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoid postoperative complications. Methods: There were 90 patients according with diagnostic criteria. They were randomly divided into different groups. All the 90 patients are treated by native medicine. 30 are in expanding the anus technique coordination invigorating the circulation of blood and removing blood stasis decoction treatment group (observation group). 30 are in invigorating the circulation of blood and removing blood stasis decoction treatment group (control group 1) and 30 are in PP powder and expanding the anus technique treatment group (control group 2). In each group the therapeutic effect on postoperative major complications (such as pain, bleeding, anal margin of edema, anal bulge, constipation, anal stenosis etc.) were observed and comparative analysis of various indicators was made. Results: On the comparison of efficacy: ⑴the pain—the observation group and two control groups had significant differences (P＜0.05);⑵ anus bulge — the observation group and two control groups had significant differences (P＜0.05);⑶faecal function—the observation group and two control groups had significant differences (P ＜ 0.05); ⑷ bleeding — the observation group and two control groups had significant difference (P＜ 0.05);⑸edema—the observation group and two control groups had significant differences (P＜0.05);⑹anal stenosis —the observation group and two control groups had significant difference (P＜0.05).
