华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract Knowledge becomes more and more important now. Construction enterprise as the main production is eager for the knowledge management. The development of the construction enterprise has two trends: specialization trend and return trend. The specialization trend researches design knowledge management systems, contract knowledge management system and quality knowledge management and so on; the return trend researches on the combination between the idea and process of knowledge management and the project management. This thesis discusses the issues in construction enterprise basing on the return trend. Firstly, this paper introduces the development of the knowledge management in domestic and abroad, illustrated the knowledge and the knowledge management. Second, it analysis the categories and the implementation necessity of construction enterprise knowledge. The implementation strategy of construction enterprise knowledge comes from two angles: the technology and the management. The technology angle includes the IT technology implementation in construction enterprise, it gives the construction of the knowledge management system. The management includes the adjust of the organization, the share culture of the organization, the building of the incentive mechanism. This paper also builds the project manager’s evaluation index, then, it uses the fuzzy multiple index evaluation methods to evaluate the knowledge management ability of the project manager, it supplies the reference for the enterprise. The project is the key business in construction enterprise; it is complementary with enterprise knowledge. This paper gives the knowledge model based on the project process by analyzing the project knowledge. It discusses the knowledge management from the knowledge accession, accumulation, innovation and project study. As the same time, it offers the method of the project members’ tacit knowledge.
