扌尧骨头切除与置换治疗Mason III型扌尧骨头骨折的疗效对比分析 ［摘要］目的分析橈骨头切除和人工橈骨头置 换方法治疗橈骨头粉碎性骨折（Mason III型）的临 床疗效。方法回顾分析2009年9月?2014年12月 收治的32例橈骨头粉碎性骨折的临床资料，其中行橈 骨头切除17例（切除组），人工橈骨头置换15例（置 换组），平均随访10个月（6?18个月）。根据 Broberg-Morrey评分系统、两组住院天数、住院费用 等进行对比评价。结果 两组均获得满意疗效，两组 活动度和功能评分相近。橈骨头切除组住院天数少， 治疗费用低；置换组可早期重建肘关节，后期并发症 少。结论橈骨头切除与置换均可获得满意的疗效， 橈骨头切除适合老年患者，年轻、功能要求高者应行 挠骨头置换以减少远期并发症。 ［关键词］橈骨头骨折；粉碎性；切除术；置换术 ［中图分类号］R683.4 ［文献标识码］A ［文章编号］ 1674-4721 （2016） 05 （a） -0078-03 Comparative analysis of curative effects of resection and replacement of radial head in the treatment of Mason Ill-type fractures of radial head ZHANG Shi-hao MIAO Wei-dong CAO Xiang-yu WANG Jun-chen YANG Yu-shan Department of Orthopedics、 Henan Pingmei Shenma Medical Group General Hospital, Henan, Pingdingshan 467099、 China [Abstract] Objective To analyze and compare the clinical curative effects of resection and replacement of artificial radial head in the treatment of comminuted fractures of radial head (Mason Ill-type)?
