注射用盐酸丙帕他莫联合护理干预对骨折术后患者疼痛的 影响研究 沈洁 胡轲妤 孔飞飞（通讯作者） 【摘 要】 目的 观察注射用丙帕他莫联合护理干预对骨折术后患者疼痛 的影响。方法 将212例骨折术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各106例，2组 均给予注射用丙帕他莫2g加入生理盐水100ml中静脉滴注，2次/d。观察组额 外给予护理干预，对照组只进行一般护理。比较2组护理效果。结果 治疗后2 组的疼痛程度有明显减轻，术后3d与术后比较差异显著。但观察组改善更明显， 与对照组比较差异显著。2组的长海痛尺评分都显著下降，但观察组下降更明显, 与对照组比较差异显著。观察组和对照组的患者及家属的满意度分别为98.1%和 83.0%,观察组的满意度显著高于对照组。结论护理干预配合镇痛药物能明显 降低骨折术后患者的疼痛程度，对患者的临床治疗和康复具有重要意义。 【关键词】 注射用盐酸丙帕他莫； 护理干预； 骨折； 疼痛 Research on the Effect of the Combination of Propacetamol Hydrochloride for Injection and Nursing Intervention in patientsrsquo; Pain after Fracture Surgery 【Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of the combi nation of Propacetamol Hydrochloride for Injection and nursing intervention in patientsrsquo;pain after fracture surgery.
