芳砜纶织物分散染料载体法染色及其机理研究 IV 万方数据 芳砜纶织物分散染料载体法染色及其机理研究 STUDY ON CARRIER DYEING OF POLYSULFONAMIDE FABRIC AND MECHANISM WITH DISPERSE DYE ABSTRACT Polysulfonamide (PSA) fiber is aromatic polyamide fiber with high temperature that has been achieved industrialized and China has its independent intellectual property rights, mainly used as protection products, filter material and insulation field. It is difficult to dye for PSA fiber under conventional conditions and easy to make its dyed products fade in the environment of high temperature or sunlight when used. In recent years, the study on dyeing of PSA fiber abroad is rarely reported, some domestic researchers study on dyeing performance of PSA fiber, but the poor color fastness to sunlight and heat has not been solved. Therefore, the study on PSA dyeing and color fastness improvement has great significance. Polysulfonamide knit was taken as the main substrate of study in this paper; the main work is as follows: 1. Applicable dyes, carrier and dyeing process for polysulfonamide fabric were studied. This paper choosed Dianix AM disperse dye with excellent performance, especially good color fastness to sunlight and to sublimation and environmental -friendly carrier C-50; the optimum carrier dyeing process of polysulfonamide fabric with disperse dyeing was obtained through the single factor analysis and orthogonal experiments. The dye concentration, carrier concentration, dyeing tempera
