首次从前列腺液中分离到坎皮纳斯类芽胞杆菌 阎小芹1 王焱2 岳启安3 刘子骥1 赵乃昕3 咸庆杰3 徐焕州3 （1.潍坊护理职业学院病原生物学教研室，山东青州262500；2.即墨市人民医院检验科； 3.潍坊医学院病原生物学教研室） 【摘要】目的 对分离自慢性前列腺炎患者前列腺液中的一株棒状样细菌进行多相分类学研究，确定其系统发生位置及分类学特征。方法 利用形态、生理和生化特性等表型性状初步鉴定细菌，通过基因测序及比对明确其种系来源。结果 分离、培养出革兰阳性棒状样杆菌，可形成芽胞；生化反应不活泼；BLAST序列比对显示，该分离株与坎皮纳斯类芽胞杆菌（Paenibacillus Campinasensis）菌株324T的16S rDNA序列相似度最高，为99.4%（仅存在9个核苷酸差异）。结论 从表型性状和种系发生结果可证实该菌为坎皮纳斯类芽胞杆菌。鉴于其与模式株在生化特征方面存在显著差异，初步考虑该菌株是坎皮纳斯类芽胞杆菌的新亚型。本菌种系在国内外临床感染病例中首次分离到。 【关键词】前列腺液；棒状杆菌；P. campinasensis；16S rRNA；分类学鉴定 Isolation and identification of Paenibacillus campinasensis sp. Methods We undertaked an initial identification by phenotypic characters such as morphologeeal，physiological and biochemical characteristics to ascertain its phylogeny by chemical composition analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequencing and alignment. Results A club-shaped gram positive rod bacillus was isolated in pure culture state, motile by means of peritrichous flagella. Ellipsoidal spores are formed in swollen sporangia.Its biochemical reactions were not active．searches of the GenBank database revealed that this strain had a highest level of 16S rDNA sequence similarity(99．4％) to P. campinasensis 324T with only 9 ribonucleotides different. Conclusion On the basis of phenotypic and phylogenetic analysis, it is reasonable to assign this strain to the species P. campinasensis, . and this is the first isolation of P. campinasensis from clinical infections home and abroad.
