硕士研究生学位论文摘 要 硕士研究生学位论文 摘 要 I 摘 要 沈阳地铁工程项目建设周期长，参与单位多，建设过程中各种变化因素多，各种事件 互相交错和影响，信息量大，质量、进度、投资不易控制，仅仅依靠传统的手工管理方式 己难以适应现代化管理的要求。因此需要建立沈阳地铁工程项目信息管理系统，以提高沈 阳地铁工程建设的管理效率。 本文通过对工程项目信息管理系统自身理论问题的研究以及对世界各国 及国内各地 区工程项目信息管理系统发展过程的借鉴与思考，提出了在沈阳地铁工程建设中运用信息 管理系统的优势以及必要性。并从沈阳地铁工程建设情况入手，结合沈阳地铁工程项目特 点，有针对性的对沈阳地铁工程项目信息管理系统的设计与研究进行阐述。 全文共分七章：第一章，绪论，主要阐明本文的选题背景、工程项目信息管理系统的 发展沿革、研究目的与意义、论文框架、研究方法等；第二章，建设工程项目信息管理系 统相关理论的概述；第三章，对生命周期法、原型法、面向对象法三种软件开发方法进行 了分析，并确定运用原型法和面向对象方法相结合的系统分析方法来进行沈阳地铁工程项 目信息管理系统的设计；第四章，对系统的建设目标、设计模式、系统需求、业务及流程 进行分析，进而确定系统的功能模块；第五章，对系统进行详细设计，包括：子系统划分、 系统数据编码结构设计、数据库设计、网络平台设计、安全设计等;第六章，信息管理系 统的实现。第七章，结论。 关键词：地铁，项目管理，信息系统 第一章 绪 第一章 绪 论 硕士研究生学位论文 II Abstract As the construction period of Shenyang Subway Project is long, there are so many participant units, many change factors during the construction, many affairs may intersect and influence on each other, there are quantities of information, and it is hard to control the quality, progress and the investment, so it is difficult to satisfy the requirement of modern management only relying on the mode of the traditional manual management. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the information management system for Shenyang Subway Project, so as to improve the management efficiency of the construction of Shenyang Subway Project.
