上海交 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 摘要 I I 摘 要 冲压回弹是板料冲压成形中存在的普遍现象,它直接影响着冲压件的尺寸精度?板 料回弹量是成形历史的累积效应,它与成形过程中模具几何形状?材料性能?板料初始 形状?工艺条件等诸因素有关?为提高冲压件的产品质量,特别是缩短新产品开发阶段 的周期,必须对回弹进行很好的预测,并充分利用回弹特性,达到预期的产品要求?本 文旨在从理论模型和有限元数值分析方面探讨波形片模具设计上采用有限元模拟的途 径?另外,也拟将本文方法应用于类似零件成形和回弹能力的评价,为企业制定相关评 价体系提供依据?本文首先基于板料回弹的理论分析及有限元模拟的机理研究了工艺参 数对波形片坯料回弹量的影响,为制定板料回弹特性评价体系提供了理论依据?基于本 文方法进行数值模拟,预测回弹结果两端成型高度分别为 1.3461 和 0.9924mm 与试验结 果分别为 1.1444 和 1.0274mm 较为接近,说明数值模拟能有效地预测实际冲压板料回弹 量,采用有限元数值模拟得到快速的设计验证,节省了设计和验证资源,这也为工厂模 具设计工程师提供了一种新的设计验证思路? 关键词:离合器,波形片,冲压,弯曲,回弹,ANSYS/LS-DYNA, Minitab, CAE 上海交 上海交通大学工程硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT I II ABSTRACT Springback of Sheet Metal Forming is a common phenomenon, it directly affects the size of stamping accuracy. Sheet metal forming springback is the cumulative effects of history, comes from the mold forming process geometry, material properties, the initial shape of the sheet, the process conditions and other factors. To improve the quality of stamping products, especially shortening new product development cycle, must be good predictor of springback, and by making full use of rebounding characteristics, to achieve the desired product requirements. This article aims to investigate one way of finite element simulation for cushion segment tooling design validation from the theoretical models and finite element side. In addition, this method is also proposed to apply similar parts forming and springback evaluation of the ability for enterprises to provide the basis for the development of relevant evaluation system. In this paper, based on the theory of plate material springback analysis and finite element simulation of the mechanism of the process parameters on the springback blank chip implications for the development of resilient sheet material characteristics evaluation system provides a theoretical basis.
