山东科技大学硕士学位论文摘要 山东科技大学硕士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 注浆是一种应用广泛的岩体加固技术，其应用范围包括煤矿井下采煤工作面和巷道 的加固以及渗漏水的封堵、坝体坝基防渗堵漏、海底隧道、基坑加固、边坡和地固、建 筑物抬升或纠偏等工程。注浆材料的优化配比是注浆工艺中最为重要的环节，对注浆的 效果起着决定性的作用。 本文利用水泥、粘土、速凝剂、NH4 H2PO4 和水等为原材料，研究出了一种新型复 合注浆材料浆液，对于裂隙岩体注浆封堵加固具有重要的现实意义。 本文在分析了各种原材料的基本性能的基础上，采用了单因素试验和正交试验等分 析方法，完成了浆液的配比试验，通过对浆液的性能的测试，其结果表明：浆液具有良 好的可注性、可控性及稳定性，浆液注入岩层具有良好的防渗堵水和加固效果，且浆液 的性能与材料配比有关。 配方浆液在实际工程应用时还应根据工程地质条件的实际情况进行试验，以确定该 工程各注浆段的最优配方。由现场工程试验得出的数据应用到某矿的突水点封堵，使突 水量由 15m3/h 降至 0.5m3 /h，通过工程实例应用与相类似的浆液相比，显示了配方浆液 良好的稳定性、可控性和可注性，能较好的满足工程应用需要。 关键词：裂隙岩体，配方浆液，注浆材料，单因素试验，正交试验 Abstract Grouting is widely applied to reinforce working face and roadways ，plugging water of roof in mine ，preventing leakage and reinforcing surrounding rock of dam foundation，rising and correcting build ing and so on.. Grouting materia l is the crucia l factor to decide grouting engineer ing. This paper make use of cement, cla y, accelera tor, NH4 H2PO4, water, etc.as raw materia ls, studying new compound grouting materia ls. It’s very significa nt for grouting engineer ing in rock mass of fissures. Firstly,each raw materia l’s fundamenta l character ist ic was analyzed,t hen single factor tests and Orthogona l exper imental tests were done, The property of grout test has ma nifested that grout has excellent stability,controllability condition,grout ability and the stone body formed after the grout has infused into the terrane has showed good effect and perma nence， and the property of grout rel ates to the content of the components of it. Formult grouts applying in the specified projection the grout should be according to the practica l case at spot as well as the practica l exper iment，so as to ensure the best formulation. Through the applied test at the waterburst ing in the mining area, it has obvious effect on the waterburst ing area. The water yield form 15m3 reduced to the 0.5m3.
