On that basis, we should screen the technics of preparation and prescription of chloroquinine phosphate liposome. As we kown liposomes can both reduce toxicity and enhance therapeutic effect and be used conveniently, we hope chloroquinine phosphate liposome will develop better in the therapeutic treatment of rheumatoid arthritis，show better curative effect and less toxicity. Method: The method to detect loading and envelopment rate of chloroquinine phosphate liposome: sephadex gel chromatography was used to separate chloroquinine phosphate liposome and dissociative chloroquinine phosphate, seperating conlution：used sephadex G50, the diameter and length of column is 1.3×13cm, mobile phase is H2O, flow rate was 1ml/min, detect sample 0.3ml. Collect 0~5ml mobile phase, added 0.25ml 0.5g/ml Triton X100 solution to destroy chloroquinine phosphate liposome, than added 0.1mol/L HCl until 25ml, detected this solution under 343nm and recorded UV light absorbance.
