辽宁省农村小学教师教学观的质性研究 辽宁省农村小学教师教学观的质性研究 I I 摘要 随着农村城市化进程的推进，农村小学教师对自身发展具有一定的要求。关注农村 小学教师的成长和发展，促进农村小学教师教学观的更新是非常必要的。观念是行动的 先导，教师的教学观对教师的教学行为具有指导意义，先进的教学观对教师的教学行为 产生积极的影响作用。这就要求农村小学教师要具有先进的教学观以促进学生和教师的 发展。本研究的研究对象是农村小学教师，调查选取辽宁省内不同乡镇的农村小学教师， 分析农村小学教师教学观的现状。 因为本研究的研究对象是教师，是具有独立意识的个体，并且教师的教学观又体现 在意识层面，因此本研究运用质性研究方法，对 32 位农村小学教师进行深度访谈，在 访谈中关注被访教师细微感情变化和动作，通过被访者的语言和访谈中记录的微表情分 析被访者的真实状态和内在情感变化。与此同时，尽可能多的搜集被访教师的相关档案 和各种追忆，以便从更多的方面和层次反应被访教师的内心世界。在论文撰写的过程中， 主要对选题背景、选题的理论意义和实践意义进行阐述，明确研究的概念。通过对相关 国内外文献的收集、整理、分析，从教师教学观方面进行阐述，为研究打下坚实的理论 基础。将收集的访谈资料进行逐字逐句的整理、编码、整合和分析，对农村小学教师教 学观现状进行分析和总结。最后提出农村小学教师教学观的更新建议。 关键词：农村小学教师；教学观；质性研究 II II Abstract With the advance of urbanization in rural areas,rural primary school teachers for their own development has certain requirements. Attention to the rural primary school teachers growth and development, it is necessary to promote the rural primary school teachers to update their teaching concept.
