Abstract
With the development of economy, the pace of globalization accelerated, peoples demand is also increasing on the material and cultural life, travel has become an important part of peoples lives. Tourism as an important part of the tertiary industry, and gradually developed into a center of gravity of Chinas service industry, people are increasingly concerned about the problem of intellectual property protection in the tourism industry, but our country in the tourism of intellectual property protection has not perfect protection system and complete legal system, the related research is also very weak. Because of the tremendous commercial value and brand value of the tourist destinations identity, it has the meaning of intangible assets. In recent years, the tourist destinations identity was rush-registered as a trademark frequently, reputation damage and economic losses caused to many tourist destinations.
This paper mainly elaborates around the protection of the tourist destinations identity, analyzes the reasons for the identity of the tourist destinations frequently rush-registered, and based on this, puts forward relevant countermeasures. The article is divided into four parts:
As the full text of the logical starting point, the first chapter introduces the tourist destination and tourist destination identity concepts, and sums up the characteristics of the tourism destination identity. The second chapter describes the relationship between tourist destination identity and trademark registration, including the meaning of the tourist destination identity registered as a trademark and feasibility analysis.
