重庆大学硕士学位 重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 PAGE PAGE VI ABSTRACT Social rights are related to realization to human live,dignity and value，especially tothe convicts and juvenile offenders, “the special community”in the society,who have served and been released.As a result of the past criminal prosecution procedure the status,there were limited various kinds of the factors for them to competethe others,after being released.The government need to take the special measure to give them safeguarding.Then safeguard the rights of the special community is the best fulfills of“enters the constitution to the human rights”.From the longterm experience,we realized that it is vital for the convicts end of sentence release to regain the individual fight restorationand the safeguard.If we can not creating the essential condition to help the released prisoners and juvenile delinquents to set up home and begin a career to avoid making sanle mistakes over again,the restoration and safeguard of individual right still was negative,passive,which doesn’t manifests the positive humanities.The article put importance on preventing the crime and constructing the balance society problem from the aspect on protecting the social rights of the released prisoners and juvenile delinquents.
