腹腔镜治疗急性盆腔炎的临床疗效 尤俊芬(四川省富顺县人民医院四川自贡643200) 【中图分类号】R711.33【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085 ( 2011) 41-0044-02 【摘要】目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗急性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选择2008 年7月?2010年7月在该院诊断为急性盆腔炎并住院治疗的患者40例，其中20 例行腹腔镜手术治疗(腹腔镜组),20例行单纯药物治疗(对照组)。对两组进行比 较分析。结果腹腔镜组有一例开腹，无手术并发症发生。腹腔镜组症状缓解及 体征消失时间、静滴抗生素时间、平均住院时间较对照组明显缩短。对有生育要 求者行输卵管碘油造影，畅通情况腹腔镜组高于对照组，且治疗后复发率腹腔镜 组明显低于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论腹腔镜治疗急性盆腔炎安全、有效，且能 减少治疗的盲目性；缩短病程及治疗时间，减少复发；创伤小、恢复快，尤其适用 于年轻有生育要求的患者。 【关键词】急性盆腔炎腹腔镜临床分析 Laparoscopic treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease clinical curative effect YOU Jun Fen (Sichuan Provincial Peoples Hospital of Fushun County, Sichuan Fushun 643200) 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the laparoscopic operation in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease clinical curative effect. 2008 July to 2010 July method of choice in the diagnosis of acute pelvic inflammatory disease and hospitalization of patients with 80 cases, including 40 cases of laparoscopic operation in treatment (laparoscopic group), 40 cases with drug therapy alone (control group). The two groups were compared analysis. Results of laparoscopic group had a case of open, no operation complication. The laparoscopic group the remission of symptoms and signs disappearance time, intravenous infusion of antibiotics, the mean duration of hospitalization was significantly shorter than the control group. On the fertility requirements after hysterosaI pingography, smooth the laparoscopic group than in the control group, and the recurrence rate after treatment of laparoscopic group was significantly lower than the control group （Plt;0.05）.
