中原农区空心村成因及综合处置建议 摘 要：依托中原平原农区村庄空心化的基本现状，对河南省鄢陵县马坊乡部分典型平原农区村庄进行问卷调研.把形成空心村的相关因素分为农户自身特征、农户收入特征、农户所在区域特征并运用二元logistic模型对各个因素的相关性进行分析，结果表明：①在农户自身特征中性别因素、农民的市民化意愿、农户政策关注度与空心化或宅基地闲置现象不相关，年龄、教育程度和拥有宅基地块数与其具有一定的相关性。②在农户收入特征中农用地流转、从事行业、外出人口占家庭总人口比重、家庭收入4个变量跟空心化都具有一定的联系。③在农户所在区域特征中除距城镇距离外，区域经济状况、产业状况、交通状况、村集整治状况都与空心化相关。最后通过对这些因素的分析，对空心化的整治提出一些建议。 关键词：空心化；闲置宅基地；二元logistic模型；土地整治； The cause of the vacant village in the Central Plains Agricultural Region and the suggestion of comprehensive disposal Abstract: Relying on the basic status of the vacant village in the Central Plains Agricultural Region, Questionnaire survey was conducted on some typical plain rural villages in Mafang Township, Yanling County, Henan Province. The related factors of forming hollow village are divided into the characteristics of farmers themselves, the income characteristics of farmers, the characteristics of the region where farmers are located, and the binary logistic model is used to analyze the correlation of each factor, The results show: (1)In the characteristics of peasant household, the gender factor, the willingness of peasants citizenship, the policy concern of peasant households are not related to emptying or homestead idleness, and the age, education level and the number of homestead owning land are related to it.(2)in the income characteristics of farmers, there are certain relations between the 4 variables of farmland circulation, industry, population and family income.(3)In addition to the urban area, the regional economic status, industrial status, traffic conditions and village remediation status are all related to hollowing out. Finally, through the analysis of these factors, some suggestions are put forward for the renovation of the hollowing.
