广州市青少年网球运动员专项体能的研究 摘要 当 今 世 界 上 高 水 平 网 球 运 动 员 的 比 赛 不 仅 仅 是 技 战 术 的 较 量 , 更 重 要 的 是 体能和心理的对抗。 随着专业化程度的不断加快, 网球越来越向着速度、 力量、 耐力等方面发展。体能已经成为当今世界网坛重要的制胜因素。网球运动员大 约在13 岁左右开始, 在技战术水平相近的情况下, 体 能逐渐成为 决定比赛胜负 的重要因素。 为此,本文以广州市青少年网球运动员的专项体能为切入点,对 广州市青少年网球运动员的专项体能状况进行测试,得出数据与美国协会测试 的的标准值对比分析,找出差距,并最终为促进网球成绩的提高提供一定的借 鉴作用。 本 论 文 采 用 文 献 资 料 法 、 访 谈 法 、 问 卷 调 查 法 、 测 试 法 、 数 理 统 计 法 和 逻 辑分析法,对广州市的青少年网球运动员的专项体能进行了研究,并得出如下 结论: 5.1.1 广 州 市 青 少 年 网 球 运 动 员 专 项 体 能 现 状 是 专 项 协 调 性 较 好 , 而 专 项 柔 韧 性、专项爆发力、专项耐力比较弱。另外男子青少年网球运动员在专项速 度和 专项灵敏性上(主要体现在快速移动的的能力)较 差,女子青少年网球运动员 在专项力量(主要指核心力量)也 较差。 5.1.2 当 前 广 州 市 青 少 年 网 球 运 动 员 在 专 项 体 能 训 练 方 面 存 在 的 问 题 及 成 因 主 要有以下几个方面 : 专项体能的重视程度不够;专项体能训练观念守旧,方法 和手段滞后;专项体能训练和一般体能训练相脱离;专项体能训练缺乏系统性 和计划性;外在物质条件达不到要求,科研水平较低。 5.1.3 广州市青少年网球运动员专项体能的发展对策有以下几点: 提高对专项体 能训练的重视程度;采用“走出去,请进来”的策略,加强交流学习;提高创 新 意识,抓好专项体能的有效训练;加强一般与专项体能训练相结合,实现训 练的的规范化和系统性;加大科研投入,健全专项体能训练体系。 关键词 :青 少年;网球;专项体能;训练I ABSTRACT Nowadays in the world the game of high level tennis player is not only the competition of tactics, physical and psychological is more important.
