注意上标106/ml 中医适宜技术综合运用对行显微精索静脉结扎术的不育症患者的疗效分析 陈智 胡国华# 邓先明 张凯 杨缵 （重庆市垫江县中医院外四科 垫江408300） 摘要：目的：探讨三项中医适宜技术的综合运用对行显微镜下精索静脉结扎术的不育症患者的疗效影响。方法：68例精索静脉曲张患者随机为对照组和干预组，各34例，对照组采用基础治疗，干预组采用基础治疗加耳穴压豆、雷火灸、中药熏洗三项中医适宜技术治疗，治疗后，比较两组患者疼痛症状缓解程度和精液参数的变化。结果：干预组睾丸疼痛评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05；干预组患者精子密度、（A+B）级活动力精子密度和存活率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05；说明干预组总体临床疗效优于对照组。结论：对显微镜下行精索静脉曲张结扎术的患者综合运用多项中医适宜技术是非常必要的，有助于改善睾丸疼痛症状，提高术后精液质量，对优生优育具有重要的意义，值得推广。 关键词：不育症；精索静脉曲张；中医适宜技术；显微精索静脉结扎术 Efficacy of Combined TCM Appropriate Techniques in the Treatment of Infertility Patients with Micro Vein Ligation CHEN Zhi, HU Guo-hua#, DENG Xian-ming, ZHANG Kai,YANG Zuan (Department of No.4 Surgery, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Dianjiang County of Chongqing City, Abstract: Objective: To investigate the efficacy of combined TCM appropriate technique in the treatment of infertility patients with micro vein ligation. Methods: 68 Patients of varicocele were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, with 34 cases each. The control group was treated with basic treatment, the intervention group was treated with basic treatment plus ear pressure beans therapy, thunder fire moxibustion and chinese herbal fumigation and washing. After the treatment, the pain symptoms remission degree and semen parameters changes of the two groups were compared. Results: The testicular pain scores of intervention group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P0.05. The sperm density, (A+B) level of sperm density and the sperm survival rate of the intervention group were higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant, P0.05. The clinical effect of the intervention group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Use the TCM appropriate techniques in infertility patients with micro vein ligation is very necessary, it can help to relieve the symptoms of testicular pain and improve the postoperative quality of semen, h
