过量空气系数对氢内燃机冷起动燃烧及排放的影响

摘要:在一台1.6 L四缸进气道燃料喷射氢内燃机上,试验研究了过量空气系数对氢内燃机冷起动燃烧与排放特性的影响。试验中,将内燃机冷却水及机油温度均控制在24±0.5 ?C,过量空气系数由1.54逐渐减小至0.72。试验结果表明:随着过量空气系数逐渐减小时,起动转速峰值逐渐升高,而成功起动时间逐渐缩短。相同循环数下,氢内燃机冷起动过程中火焰发展期和快速燃烧持续期均随过量空气系数的减小而缩短。冷起动前6秒内,NOx排放显著下降,NOx平均值降低约84.4%,而HC、CO排放有所升高。

Combustion and emissions performance of a hydrogen engine during cold start at different excess air ratios

Abstract: This paper experimentally investigated the combustion and emissions performance of a hydrogen engine during cold start at different excess air ratios(λ). The engine was started under the same ambient temperature of 24±0.5 ?C and λ decreased from 1.54 to 0.72. The experimental results showed that, with the decrease of λ, the peak engine speed was increased while the successful starting duration for hydrogen engine was shortened. Both of the flame development and propagation periods were shortened with the decrease of λ. The results indicated that, NOx emissions were obviously decreased, whereas HC and CO emissions caused by the evaporated lubricant oil were increased by decreasing λ within the first 6 s.
