C02激光联合匹多莫德治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效观察 徐天燕 何咏 陈国瑞 邓列华(通讯作者) (广州暨南大学附属第一医院皮肤科510630) 【摘要】目的 探究并分析CO2激光联合匹多莫德治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗 效。方法 选取尖锐湿疣患者68例，随机分为治疗组、对照组，每组34例。 其中，治疗组釆用CO2激光联合匹多莫德治疗;对照组釆用单纯CO2激光治疗。 结果1月后，治疗组痊愈30例，痊愈率88.24%；对照组痊愈28例，痊愈率 82.35%。两组无显着性差异(Pgt；0.05) ;3月后，治疗组复发4例，复发率为 13.33% (4/30)；对照组复发16例，复发率为57.14%(16/28)o两组差异有统计 学意义(Plt;0.05)。治疗期间，两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论CO2激光 联合匹多莫德治疗尖锐湿疣疗效显着，疣体清除快速，3月内复发率低，是治疗 尖锐湿疣较好的方法之一。 【关键词】尖锐湿疣CO2激光 匹多莫德 【中图分类号】R751.05 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2014) 08-0093-02 The Clinical Curative Effect of C02 Laser Combined with Pidotimod in The Treatment of Condylomata Acuminatum Xu Tianyan, He Yong, Chen Guorui, Deng Liehua (Corresponding author) (Departme nt of Dermatology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Ji nan Un iversity, Guangzhou 510630, China) [Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical curative efficacy of C02 laser combined with Pidotimod treatment on condyloma acuminatum. Methods: 68 patients with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided treatment group and control group. The treatment group treated with C02 laser C02 laser combined with Pidotimod; the control group treated with CO2 laser only. Result: 1 months later, the treatment group 30 cases were cured, the cure rate was 88.24%; the control group 28 cases were cured, the cure rate was 82.35%.The two groups showed no significant d iff ere nee (Pgt; 0.05); 3 mon ths later, 4cases of treatme nt group had recurre nee, the recurrence rate was 13.33%(4/30); 16 patients in control group recurred, the recurrenee rate was 57.14% (16/28). There was significant differenee between two groups (Plt;0.05). During the treatment, the two groups had no obvious adversereaction. Conclusion: CO2 laser combined with Pidotimod in treatment of condyloma acuminatum significantly, the wart removed quickly, the recurrenee rate in 3 mon ths is low, is one of the best methods in the treatment of con dyloma acuminatum.
