伦理现场演绎经典 ———从 “长干行 ”到 “河商妇的一封信 ” 陈　 内容提要 :艾兹拉 ·庞德是美国诗坛的奇才 ,他创意英译的中国古诗 ,无论在 20世纪中外文 化交流中 , 或是在英美现代派诗歌的发展 中 , 都起着重要作用 。“The R iverM erchan t ’s W ife: A L etter ”是庞德根据李白的 “长干行 ”创意英译的一首诗 ,这首诗被中外学者看作是 英译诗的经典 。本文从文学伦理学角度出发 ,分析两首诗歌文本差异的深层原因 ———伦理 现场的误读 , 以及这种差异带来的后果 ———作品伦理现场的缺失 。庞德以西方伦理与思维 方式对中国诗的解读和再创造 ,使他的译诗成为不为国界和时间所限制的英诗经典 。 关键词 :庞德 　李白　创意英译 　伦理现场 作者简介 :陈 ,华中师范大学比较文学与世界文学专业博士研究生 、湖南大学外国语学院 副教授 ,主要研究比较文学 、英美文学 。 T itle : A n Eth ical R eading of “Chang Gan X ing ”and “The R iverM erchan t ’sW ife : A L etter ” A b stract: Ezra Pound is a w izard at poetry, who se tran slation of Ch ine se ancien t poem s ha s p layed an importan t ro le in the developm en t of Am erican and English modern poetry, a swell a s in the cu ltu ral comm un ication between the W e st and Ch ina. “The R iverM erchan t ’s W ife: A L et ter ”, ba sed on L i Po ’s “Chang Gan X ing ”, is traditionally regarded a s a cla ssic tran slation.
