中小学体育教师课堂教学策略应用的结构与差异研究 冯晓丽冯瑞 （山西师范大学 体育学院，山西临汾041000） 摘要：对中小学体育教师课堂教学策略应用情况进行调査研究，以便对教师课堂教学策略的应用进行调控和优化。结果表 明：中小学体育教师课堂教学策略包括：教学准备策略、教学行为策略、课堂管理行为策略和教学评价策略等，各教学策略 之间存在显著的相关。不同特征的中小学体育教师呈现出不同的课堂教学策略应用水平特点。不同性別、不同学历、不同教 龄和城乡学校的体育教师在课堂教学策略应用上差别都不显著，不同职称、而不同学校类型、参加不同等级新课程标准培训 的体育教师在四个因子上应用程度均具冇显著差异。 关键词：中小学体育教师；课堂教学策略应用；结构；差异 Study on teaching strategies in primary and sec on dary physical educati on teachers in classbetween the application and differences FENG Xiao-li (Physical Education School, Shanxi Normol University, Linfen 041000, Shanxi China) Abstract:Thought the investigati on of the primary and sec on dary PE teachers of teaching strategies in applicati on class, so as to control and optimize the application in class about teaching strategies. The results showed that: primary and sec on dary PE teachers in class of teachi ng strategies in elude: teachi ng preparati on strategies, teachi ng behavioral strategies, man ageme nt of class behavioral strategies, teachi ng evaluati on strategies and so on. Differe nt characteristics of primary and sec on dary school physical educati on teachers show differe nt applicati on level features of teaching strategies in class. It is not significantly different applications in the teaching strategies in class to different gender, different qualifications and seniority, and urban and rural schools, but it was significant difference degree showed in the application of the four factors in different titles, and different types of schools to participate in different levels of training in the new curriculum standards for physical education teachers.
