PAGE Ⅰ 第 PAGE 1 页 共43页 六西格玛在企业质量管理中的应用研究 摘要：六西格玛管理于二十世纪八十年代产生，作为一种降低缺陷的方法，在实践中得到了不断的充实和发展。六西格玛管理不再仅是一种质量改进的方法，而是发展成为可以使企业保持持续改进、增强综合领导能力、不断提高顾客满意度的一整套管理理念和系统方法。 进入21世纪，世界500强企业的绝大部分都引入了迄今为止最先进的六西格玛管理法。随着六西格玛的不断成熟，来自全国的各大企业也纷纷参与，力促企业得到持续发展。很多企业开始推行了六西格玛管理，并取得了显著的效益，而且还提升了企业的整体文化和素养，而带来显著的经济效益和持续改进，是六西格玛管理给企业带来的最直接的功效。 围绕主题，结合六西格玛理论，本文首先介绍了质量管理的发展历史，接着分析了六西格玛管理法出现的历史背景，然后系统论述了六西格玛管理法的概念、内容、组织结构以及统计方法在其中的应用，又论述了过程改进模式的步骤和内容。最后通过一个实际案例，运用统计学的分析方法，按实施六西格玛管理法的DMAIC流程，对六西格玛在定义、测量、分析、改善及控制各阶段过程中所应用的工具、方法及技巧等进行了全面诠释，并以此显示了六西格玛管理给企业在质量改进、工艺优化及降低成本等方面带来的巨大经济效益，同时，也树立了以顾客为导向、以数据为基础的管理理念。 关键词：六西格玛管理，质量管理，统计，DMAIC流程 Ⅱ The Six Sigma in Enterprise Quality Management Application Research Abstract: the six sigma management in the 1980s as a kind of produce, the method of reduces defects and develops in practice by constantly enrich.
