索尼爱立信公司中央采购物流研究 摘要 当今世界企业之间的竞争十分激烈，随着市场环境的变化和客户期望的不断提高， 传统的生产和供应模式已经很难满足要求。竞争的压力迫使生产性企业改变模式，从而 提高竞争能力以获得生存和发展，供应链管理(SCM)模式就应运而生。 供应链中最重要的就是采购，库存控制，交货准时管理等等。本文所研究的中央采 购物流是把采购，库存控制，交货准时和第三方物流集中化，从而进一步研究供应链的 内容。在这个中央采购物流中涉及了VMI 理论，使我们意识到供应商在此战略中的重 要地位。 本文首先介绍供应链管理研究的背景，以及国内外研究的现状，来阐述供应链管理 研究的现实和战略意义，以及供应链的改善对制造业发展的深远影响，从而引出索尼爱 立信所面临的问题。第二部分主要阐述中央采购物流所涉及的供应链管理相关理论。第 三部分对索尼爱立信的公司状况和各个代理加工厂进行简介，然后对中央采购物流进行 详细介绍。 第四部分对索尼爱立信的中央采购物流进行研究，采用理论和实践相结合的方式， 从深度上进一步研究，找到优势和劣势，进而针对性地提出改善策略，从而为索尼爱立 信的发展提供参考，对提高制造业的供应链管理，提高交货的准时性，满足客户的需求， 提高公司的竞争力和效益也有一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：采购；库存控制；第三方物流；中央采购物流；索尼爱立信 Abstract Among enterprises in todays world competition is very fierce, with the changes in market conditions and customer expectations continue to increase, the traditional mode of production and supply has been very difficult to meet the requirements.
