内容 摘 要
在竞争全球化的趋势下,随着电子商务的不断发展 ,国内外的各
大中型企业对于供应链管理越来越重视,但我国制造型企业与国外同
行业企业相比还存在较大的差距,竞争实力也较差,因此制造企业要
建立完善的以电子商务为基础的信息化、集成化的供应链管理,才
能在竞争激烈的环境下可持续发展,所以供应链和电子商务的应用
不容小觑。
本文首先分别对中国制造企业的供应链和电子商务的应用现状
进行浅层次的探讨,并说明什么是供应链和电子商务,传统供应链
与新形势下电子商务供应链的不同,重点举例说明中国钢铁制造企
业巨头宝钢的供应链和电子商务应用现状及问题分析,为大中型制
造企业提供理论和实践指导。

ABSTRACT
Under the trend of globalization in the competition, with the
continuous development of e-commerce, the major medium-sized
enterprises at home and abroad more and more attention to supply chain
management, But manufacturing enterprises with foreign trade
enterprises in China than there are still large gaps, and poor
competitiveness, so manufacturers must establish a sound-based
information to e-commerce, integration of supply chain management,
then able in a competitive environment for sustainable development,
Therefore, the application of supply chain and e-commerce should not be
underestimated.
This article first study manufacturers in China supply chain and e-
commerce application status of shallow and then explain what the supply
chain and e-commerce are, then say the different between the traditional
supply chain and the e-commerce supply chain in new situation, the
article mainly focus on the example of China Baogan iron the steel
manufacturing giants supply chain and e-commerce application status
and problem analysis, I hope this can provide theoretical and practical
guidance to the large and medium manufacturing enterprises .
