家访工作的现状调查与对策研究 _ 以上海市松江区T校为例 内 容 摘 要 家访,曾经是一种维系教师、家长、学生的纽带和沟通学校、家庭、社会 的桥梁,在学校教育中起着不可替代的重要作用。随着现代生活节奏的加快,伴 随电话、电子邮件等现代化通讯方式的出现,家访面临着挑战。许多人认为家访 可以被这些方式取代了,认为没有开展家访工作的必要了。针对该现象,本文阐 述了在新形势下家访的重要性和必要性,并且以 T校为个案,通过问卷和访谈, 了解了教师、家长与学生对当前家访的认识、态度及在家访中碰到的一些实际困 难。 研究发现,目前 T校家访工作很不乐观,主要表现有以下几个方面:①家 访制度不完善,不能有效督促或鼓励教师开展家访工作。②教师对家访工作的重 要性认识不足,开展家访工作的教师比例偏低。③家校合作氛围不浓,影响家访 工作的开展。导致这些现象的主要原因是教育工作者、家长等没有充分认识到家 访工作的重要性,以及家访工作中的一些问题难以解决。同时笔者还访谈了该校部分领导、一线教师、家长,征询他们对该校家访 工作的意见,针对现有的问题寻求原因,提出了新形势下教师应该怎样家访,学 校应该从哪些方面来激励教师家访、保证学校家访工作的开展等一些有实际价值 的策略。关键词家访 家校合作 学校管理Abstract Once home visiting is an important way for teachers to communicate with parents of students and it is very useful.With the development of technical communication, the fee of teleph- one becomes cheaper and cheaper,in the meantime,lots of people communicate with each other via E-mail,in this situation,some people think that home visiting is not important and can be replaced. Based on current situation,the author explained the importance and the need of home visting .The author knew the attitude and realization of the teachers and parents ,under- stood the difficulty and the problem via investigationThe research reveals there are some problems on home visit- ing as below:First, the rules and regulations are not complete so that it can not encourage the teachers to embark on home visiting effectually Second, the teachers do not realize the further importance of home visiting ,just few teachers have embarked on home visi- ting Third, the society doesn’t pay much attention to home visiting so that few teachers would like to embark home visit- ing The reasons lead to these problems are that the teachers and parents of the students do not realize the importance of home visiting and there are some difficulty the teachers meet during the process of home visiting could not be solvedIn the meantime the author asked the advice from the teache- rs and parents,according to their advice and
