， ， ，， .龟. ; .. ㈨III ㈨III I I rl l II Ill II II I III Y1 94421 1 摘 要 随着我国高等教育近十多年来的快速发展，高校青年教师队伍快速膨胀，青 ● 年教师已成为高校教师队伍的主力军。站在同一起点的老师，为什么在不同的高 校工作数年后，会有很大的差别，有些青年教师能脱颖而出，有些青年老师则默 默无闻，是什么影响着高校青年教师的成长成才，怎样才能培养出优秀的青年教 师?这需要我们深思。本论文采用理论与实证相结合的方式，采用调查法、访谈 法、文献法等研究方法，对高校青年教师培养进行探讨。 第一章导论。阐述了选题的背景、意义与高校青年教师培养的研究现状，确 定了研究的思路与方法。 第二章高校青年教师群体的特征。界定了高校、高校青年教师的概念；分析 了高校青年教师群体的基本特征、业务特征、需求特征。 第三章高校青年教师的成长规律。分析总结了高校青年教师成长的四条规 律，即：成长的过程呈现出阶段性规律；成长的关注点呈现出从关注自我、关注 工作到关注学生的发展的规律；成长的动因呈现出由外到内的规律；成长的速度 ● 呈现出由快到慢的规律。 第四章高校青年教师培养的支撑条件。从物质、制度、环境、主观四方面分 析了高校青年教师培养所需的支撑条件。 第五章江西师范大学青年教师培养的调查与分析。通过问卷、访谈等方式对 青年教师培养的现状进行调查，在分析现状的基础上找出青年教师培养存在的主 要问题。 第六章基于江西师范大学的高校青年教师培养优化策略。针对青年教师培养 存在的问题，提出了江西师范大学青年教师培养的优化策略。 研究表明，江西师范大学在青年教师培养方面存在一定问题，要解决这些问 题，学校需根据高校青年教师群体的特征、成长规律，培养的支撑条件，树立科 学的发展观；建立长效的管理机制；落实青年导师制；加强团队建设；完善激励 机制；加大经费支持力度。 关键词： 高校；青年教师；培养 . . ?
