Based on informationized teaching ability,this paper analyses the present situation of informationized teaching ability of a university young teachers in Sichuan province, establishes the information technology teaching ability training model whose cores are competency and Kirkpatrick assessment,and gives a training program for young teachers in colleges and universities,practically apply the training program in a university and use the training model to guide teachers’training in the university,then analyses its practical effect.And the paper builds an evaluation method of informationized teaching ability based on Hopfield neural network.LVQ neural network and BP neural network.
