西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文甘肃省河西走廊城市发展条件研究 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 甘肃省河西走廊城市发展条件研究 专 业：城市舰划与设计 硕士生： 陈志强 指导教师：刘克成教授 摘要 河西走廊是一条长约iooo i,、／l，宽仅几公里至百余公里的狭长地带，以兰州为区域中心的 经济圈对它的辐射作周较弱，对整体外部环境来说属于路过的走廊空间，经济发展具有相对的 独立性：河西走廊在甘肃、垒国乃至世界范围内的城镇发展史中具有特殊的历史地位，在聚落 的建立及丝绸之路的形成过程中，该地域积囊了大量的文化信息，可以预见，在以第三产业为 主的后工业时代，此区域具有发展成为以旅游业为朝阳产业新型城市带的巨大潜力，这应成为 河西走廊今后发展政策的主导方向之一；同时，该区域自古形成的农业基础与三线建设时期形 成的工业基础为今后城镇体系的发展提供了基础的生存与发展条件。但河西地区在产业结构、 城镇布局、生态环境、水资源利用等方面存在着诸多矛盾，制约城镇体系的可持续发展。如河 西走廊在整个产业结构中农业发展地位过重，工农、城乡分割的二元结构使河西走廊以第三产 业为代表的城市经济相当落后，耗费了大量自然资源、人力资源，却以出产工农业的初级产品 为主，尽管河西走廊的农业在满足自身需要的同时还为其他地区提供了大量的商品粮，尽管金 昌、酒钢、玉门多年来为国家提供了大量的基础工业产品，但产业结构失衡、城镇体系结构不 完善、城镇羟济的带动作用薄弱、生态环境面植危机。以生态优先作为发展原则，完善产业结 构，突破城乡、工农分割的二元结构的束缚，完善城镇结构体系，突出城镇特色经济的主导地 位，加强城镇的带动功能，保护城镇文化遗存，对于河西走廊城镇体系的发展具有深远的意义； 经济地利用的自然资源和能源，获得到等量甚至更大量的效益或成果从而提高资源的生产率， 是今后河西走廊城镇体系发展必须遵循的一条可持续发展之路。 关键词：河西走廊；城市发展条件：城镇体系 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文Study 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 Study on The Developing Condition of The City of The Hexi Corridor of Gansu Province SpeciaIty： Urban planning and design Postgradu乱e：Chen Zhiqiang Instructor：Liu Kecheng ABSTRACT The Hexi Corridor one about 1000-kin—long．、^，ide kilometer of kilometer of s倒pses only, Lanzhou regional economy it encl06es to be function very weak to radiation of area this． belong to the coKidor space passed by to whole external environment condition，There is rebltJve independent character in economic development．111e Hexi Corridor urban area has special historical status in Gansu，the Northwest．the whole country and even worldwide urban development history,This region has accumulated a large amount of culture information．a舵r entering the postJndustrial era relying mainly on the tertiary industry,Area this have and develop into and regard tourist industry as nsing industry new-type enormous po时唰时that city嘶ng，111is should become this area one of 1he leadings direc00n of the development policies in the future；At the same time．Agricultural foundation and the strategic hintedand of Chire that area form翩ancient times this buiH indus打ial foundation
