PAGE 毕业论文（设计） 题目 高层建筑初期火灾控制能力综合评估研究 学 号 姓 名 系 队 专 业 指导教师 二○一○年五月 本科毕业论文（设计） 武警学院本科毕业论文（设计） PAGE III 高层建筑初期火灾控制能力综合评估研究 摘 要 随着我国经济的迅速发展，高层建筑在我国的大中小城市已经随处可见。高层建筑成了我们消防部队重点保护的对象，同时如何扑救高层建筑火灾也成为我们消防部队迫切需要解决的一个难题。 在高层建筑火灾中，根据室内火灾温度随时间的变化特点，可将火灾发展过程分为3个阶段：火灾的初期阶段，火灾的全面发展阶段，火灾的熄灭阶段。火灾的初期阶段是我们扑救高层建筑火灾的最佳时间。而高层建筑火灾初期阶段的时间都是几分钟，在这么短的时间内，消防部队很难到达现场。因此，高层建筑自身对初期火灾的控制能力直接关系高层建筑火灾的损失。 本文通过对高层建筑内部固定消防设施和单位消防安全管理的分析，从中选取指标，构建高层建筑初期火灾控制能力综合评估指标体系；根据国家有关规定和评价条款对指标的影响程度，制定指标的测评方法；采用相邻指标比较的方法确定相关因子的权重，构建高层建筑初期火灾控制能力的综合评估模型，并用实例进行计算，得出结论。 关键词 高层建筑；固定消防设施；单位消防管理；火灾控制能力；综合评估 Research on the comprehensive evaluation of the control ability of high-rise building incipient fire Abstract With the rapid development of Chinese economy, high-rise buildings can be found everywhere in our country. high-rise building becomes the important protection of fire brigade, and how to extinguish the high-rise building fire is a urgent problem to solve. According to the temperature changing with time, the high-rise building fire can be divided into three stages: the incipient stage, the free-burning stage and the smoldering stage. The incipient stage is the best time to control the high-rise building fire, but this stage is very short, just a few minutes. The fire fighting force can not arrive in this short time. So the control ability of high-rise building itself is direct relation to the high-rise building fire loss. The author choose the index to set up the evaluation index system of the control ability of high-rise building incipient fire, through analyzing fixed fire protection system and the fire management level of units. Formulate the index evaluation method according to national regulation and the evaluation index of the influence degree of terms. The G1 method is used to calculate the weight coefficient of indexes.
