Unit 9 What does he look like?

in height/size/length... 在高度 / 尺寸 / 长度 ...方面
straight/curly hair 直／卷发 short hair 短发 long hair 长发 curly hair 卷发 straight hair 直发
hair 既可作可数名词，又可作不可数名词。用来描述人时，通常取不可数名词的意思，如： She has
long blonde hair and blue eyes （她有着长长的金发和蓝色的眼睛）， the girl with red hair and freckles
（一头红发面带雀斑的女孩）。但如果要特指头上或身上的某一缕或几缕毛发，就取可数名词的意
思，如： There were some blonde hairs in the car （车里有几根金发）， a single fibre thinner than a hair
（一根比头发丝还要细的纤维）。
a big nose 大鼻子 a little 一点；少量 =a bit=a little bit=kind of
a small mouth 小嘴巴 a bit 与 a little bit 后加名词时必须要加 of.
black hair 黑发 look like 看起来像
a round face 圆脸 in the end 最后 = at last
big eyes 大眼睛 in newspapers 在报纸上
a long face 长脸 the same way 同样的方法

1．What does/do+ 主语 +look like? ,, ．，长什么样？
2 ． sb ．+ be+ of+ medium height/build 某人中等身高 / 身材 =sb. have/has a medium height/build
3 ．Sb.+ have/has +...hair 某人留着 ,, 发
4 ． want to do sth 想要做某事
5 ． tell sb. to do sth ．告诉某人做某事 tell sb not to do sth. 告诉某人不要做某事。
