The urbanization process of rural migrant workers brings favorable opportunity as well as severe challenges for the city. This paper uses the method of interviews， the field surveys and other research methods to explore the opportunities and challenges in the process of urbanization of rural migrant workers， in order to find some powerful solutions to dealing with the dilemma of the citizenization of rural migrant workers. Keywords: rural migrantworkers; urbanization; civilization _、农民工市民化现状 作为中国构建和谐社会中的首要问题，农民 工市民化的过程步履维艰。为了更好地了解云南 昆明及周边县、区的农民工市民化的现状，笔者 在对呈贡区、晋宁县、嵩明县、官渡区等县、区 实地调查的基础上对农民工市民化的现状做出以 下几个方面的分析。 (_)经济层面 农民工经济融入程度较深，融入能力逐步增 强，但与昆明市城市化水平相比，其经济融入能 力与经济发展要求之间尚不适应。 劳动力市场层次区别明显，劳动力市场 相对不健全。笔者调查数据显示，昆明市现有的 劳动力市场并不能满足需求，36. 33%的农民工自 己寻找工作，46. 67%的农民工依靠亲朋好友介绍 PAGE PAGE # 云南农业大学学报 第9卷 第4期 第4期 缪志涛，等：城市化进程中的农民工市民化问题研究 PAGE # 工作。（2)农民工劳动技能不高、市场信息获取
