PAGE #价值工程 Value Engineering Value Engineering PAGE # 城市化进程中的遗址保护 —以唐大明宫遗址为例 Protection of the Ruins in the Urbanization Process: A Case Study of Tang Daming Palace Ruins陈泽强 CHEN Ze-qiang;刘燕 LIU Yan (商洛学院，商洛726000(Shangluo University, Shangluo 726000, China) 摘要：对于我国现存的历史遗址而言，当今城市化进程的加快，即是机遇也是挑战。遗址保护的现状却不容乐观。为改变这一现 状，本文通过对“一心两翼三圈六区”这一模式的进一步研究，认为必须将之前遗址保护与城市化发展相隔离的“圈地保护”做法，转变 为将遗址保护成城市中的遗址，成为与城市发展融为一体的历史遗址。主要方法为根据遗址区的特点与城市化进程相结合，建立核心 保护区、商业区、安置区等分区，使遗址成为城市的一个功能区。 Abstract: For the existing historical ruins, the accelerated process of urbanization is an opportunity and also a challenge. The status quo of ruin protection is not optimistic. To change this situation, the paper further studies the model of one center, two reconstruction plates, three business circles and six functional areas and thinks that the before enclosure protection approach, which isolates the ruin protection and urbanization development, must be changed into the model of integrating the ruin protection and urban development.
