国库会计数据集中事后监督配套机制探究
摘 要：国库会计数据集中系统（TCBS）上线后，国库 核算在账务处理、资金划转、内部控制等方面所发生的一系 列变化，导致了原事后监督工作机制的适应性缺陷。因此应 根据各方面的适应性情况，从健全制度、改进模式、提升手 段等入手，尽快完善国库会计数据集中事后监督配套机制。
