1034340 分炎号 Ty52S .. 密级..irJf- IDC 编 学位论文 n THESIS FOR DEGREE 现淺混凝土空心楼板在工程中的应用 lii^T^位级别 ￡U硕i.- K-业领域迷筑 断ac程弦不大学 L1A0NING TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY 辽宁J程ii术大学联土学e论文 摘 要 当前，在我国工业与民用建筑中，钢筋混凝土结构因材料广泛，技术成熟、 造价低廉、具有很强的生命力，仍是我国应用最为广泛的建筑结构形式。现饶钢 筋棍凝土楼板按结构类型可分为：肋梁楼板，无粱楼板，平板式楼板，钢衬板组 合楼板。但由于现代建筑对层高、大空间、灵活间隔以及抗震等提出了更髙的要 求，人们致力于研究新的、更舒适的、技术经济效果更好的钢筋混凝土体系。 现淺混凝土空心楼盖技术是最近几年国内发展起来的楼盖结构新技术,它是 在实心褛盖的基础上在其内部按照一定规则放置一定数量的高强薄壁管,用髙强 薄壁管来取代部分混凝土，以减少混凝土用量，减轻结构自重。是继普通梁板、 密助楼板、无粘结预应力楼盖之后开发的一种现淺钢筋混凝土新结构体系。 由于目前我国还没有针对现錄混凝土空心楼板的设计规范，本文研究了现饶 混凝土空心楼盖的计算方法，首先按照钢筋混凝土的受力特点进行分析计算，然 后把空心板简化成网格梁利用设计人员所熟悉的计算软件进行电算，并介绍了弹 性理论的计算方法。阐述了薄壁筒芯空心楼盖在不同条件下的经济性能，和这种 楼盖的最佳适用范围。同时本文还对现绕混凝土空心楼盖的施工工艺作了详细的 阐述. 关键词：空心无梁楼板钢筋混凝土施工技术 辽宁二术大学硕土学论文 Presently,in the area of industry and civil architecture in china,the structure of reinforced concrete is still the most widely used architecture form in our country due to its wide-ranging material、advanced skill、low price and its strong life-force.The floorslab of reinforced concrete can be divided into the following types according to its category.rib roof beam floorslab、floorslab without roof beam、flat floorslab floorslab with steelHowever, further requirements are ordered by the high altitude、 wide space、flexible intervals and antiknock of modem architecture,people are committed to reseaching the newer、more comfortable and more economical and technical system of reinforced concrete. The skill of hollow cover with concrete cast-in-place is the new skill of covering structure that developed home in recent years.It is based on the solid cover with some high-strength thin-wall tube being put in h according to certain njles.The high-strength thin-wall tube are used to replace some of the conaete,thus reduce the volume of concrete,reduce the weight of the whole slfucture.It is a new system after the development of common roof beam board、dense floorslab and cover without adhesive prestressing force.
