盾构隧道修复工程中的垂直冻结加固应用 陈 搜 ， 胡向东 (1_同济大学地下建筑与工程系，上海 200092；2．同济大学岩土及地下工程教育部重点实验室，上海 200092) 摘 要：在盾构隧道的修复工程中，为了隔离损坏段和完好段的联系，防止进一步的坍塌破坏，便于进行完好 隧道内的清淤排水和隧道修复工作，在隧道损坏段和完好段分界处进行垂直冻结形成冻土帷幕，并布置温度 监测系统进行实时监测，通过监测数据计算和分析冻土帷幕各种参数指导隧道修复工作的进行，并同时考察 隧道修复工作对冻土帷幕温度的影响。计算分析表明，该冻结系统运转稳定，监测系统布置合理 ，冻土帷幕强 度达到了设计与施工的要求。受管片切割和连续墙施工的影响冻土帷幕温度有一定升高，但是并没有高于设 计冻土帷幕温度，这些工序结束后冻土温度继续下降。 关键词：盾构隧道；修复 ；冻结法；冻土帷幕；温度监测 中图分类号：TU943．4 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1003—5060(2009)10—1542—05 Applicationofverticallyfreezingreinforcementin recoveryworkofashieldtunnel CHEN Tao～ 。 HU Xiang—dong (1．Dept．ofGeotechnicalEngineering，TongjiUniversity，Shanghai200092，China；2．KeyLaboratoryofGeotechnicalandUnderground EngineeringoftheMinistryofEducation，TongjiUniversity，Shanghai200092，China) Abstract：IntherecoveryprojectO±ashieldtunnel，multirowverticaIfreeze—tubesaresettledtoforma frozensoilcurtainontheboundaryofthedamagedsectionandintactsectionofthetunnel(aniceplug in thetunne1)fortheisolationofthetwoparts，topreventfurthercollapseofthetunnelandtoguar— anteethedrainingintheintactpartandtherecoverywork．A temperaturemonitoringsystem isestab— lishedtoreal—timelymonitorthetemperatureofthebrine—freezingsystem andthefrozensoilcurtain． Thetunnelrecoveryworksareguidedbytheparameterwhich canbecalculatedbyusingthemoni— toreddata．Theinfluer~cesofthetunne1recoveryworksonthetemperaturefieldofthefrozensoilcur— tainarealsoanalyzed．Theresultsofanalysisshow thatthefreezingsystem workstably，themonito— ringsystem isreasonablysettled，andstrengthofthefrozensoilcurtainmeetsthedesignandcon— structionrequirements．Thicknessofthefrozensoilcurtainvarieswithdifferentelevations．Moreo— ver，itisfoundthatsomeconstructionprocedureshaveasignificantimpactonthetemperaturefieldof thefrozen soilcurtainbuttherecoveryworkiSundertaken safely． Keywords：shieldtunnel；recovery；groundf
