某专科医院儿科2010－2012年中成药使用情况分析 ＊ 蒋春晖 （贵港市中西医结合骨科医院，广西贵港 537100） 中图分类号 R969.3；R287 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1001-0408（2014）03-0275-03 DOI 10.6039/j.issn. 1001-0408.2014.03.27 摘 要 目的：了解专科医院儿科中成药的使用特点和趋势。方法：采用回顾性方法，对该院儿科2010－2012年各类中成药的销 售金额、用药频度（DDDs ）等进行统计、分析。结果：该院儿科中成药销售金额呈均逐年上升趋势。从药理作用来看，清热剂、解表 剂和止咳化痰平喘剂的销售金额排序分列前3名；从剂型来看，颗粒剂和散剂的销售金额3年均排第1位；从单个品种看，四磨汤 口服液的销售金额居首位；DDDs 最高的是健胃消食片。结论：该院儿科的中成药品种逐年增多、应用范围不断扩大，能满足临床 治疗儿童疾病的需要；存在滥用补益剂的情况，应引起重视。 关键词 中成药；儿科；应用分析 Analysis of the Application of Chinese Patent Medicine in a Special Hospital during 2010－2012 JIANG Chun-hui （Guangxi Guigang Orthopedic Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine ，Guangxi Guigang 537100，China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the characteristics and trend of Chinese patent medicine in pediatrics depart- ment of speciality hospital. METHODS ：By retrospective method ，the application of Chinese patent medicines in pediatric depart- ment of a hospital during 2010－2012was analyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum and DDDs. RESULTS ：The consump- tion sum of Chinese patent medicines was increased year by year. According to pharmacological effects ，top 3medicines in the list of consumption sum were heat-clearing prescriptions ，diaphoretic recipes and prescriptions for facilitating expectoration ，suppress- ing cough ；according to dosage form ，graduals and powder were mainstream during 3 years ；according to single medicine ，Simo- tang oral liquid ranked the first in the list of consumption sum ；DDDs of Jianwei xiaoshi tablets were the highest among these drugs. CONCLUSIONS ：The categories of Chinese patent medicine increase year by year in the hospital ，and the applica- tion range expands considerably. The needs related to treatment for pediatric diseases are satisfied. Abuse of tonifying recipes should be paid great attention. KEYWOR
