PAGE PAGE 5 商务酒店客房管理系统设计 摘要：商业酒店智能系统包含了若干各不同功能和构造的自动化子系统，这些子系统通过中央监控系统、网络信息中心以及布线系统集成在一起，以实现应用功能目标和集成管理目标。 整个系统可以分为酒店环境管理自动化和酒店信息自动化两大部分。就两者的功能而言，都体现了管理和服务两方面的应用，但前者通过自动化的控制和监控功能实现酒店的安全、设备等等方面的智能化应用，而后者则更注重于直接通过信息方式向使用者提供服务。酒店环境管理自动化子系统基本上各自自成体系。由于功能上的关联性、系统运行数据的管理要求、系统的集中控制要求，通过中央监控系统实现各个子系统的集成，并在集成的基础上实现更智能化的管理和服务功能。 关键词：酒店管理、监控系统、综合布线 Summary： Commercial hotel intelligence system includes a number of different function and structure of automation, these subsystems by central subsystems monitoring system, network information center and integrated wiring system, in order to realize the application in goal and function of integrated management goals.
