PAGE PAGE 108 義 守 大 學 資 訊 管 理 研 究 所 碩士論文 應用基因演算法於人力資源管理之研究 -員工教育訓練課程選擇最適化 Applying the Genetic Algorithm to the Human Resource Management : Optimizing the Curriculum Choice for Employees Training Courses 指導教授:王天津博士 研 究 生:蔡志民 中華民國 九十三 年 六 月 應用基因演算法於人力資源管理之研究 -員工教育訓練課程選擇最適化 研究生:蔡志民 指導教授:王天津 博士 義守大學資訊管理研究所 中文摘要 在全球化的經濟裡,提升員工競爭力,妥善的管理和運用員工的才能,在競爭激烈環境中,才是現今組織成功的關鍵因素。 一般在實施教育訓練,需考慮的因素眾多,除了配合公司的訓練計劃,尚需考量部門的訓練目標,在課程的選擇、時間、課程重要性,員工和主管的角度各有不同的著力點,所以教育訓練已逐漸形成個別化趨勢,在訓練的方向應以公司的訓練目的為出發點,再配合個別化的訓練模式,根據每位員工的特質、所需的教育訓練不同,以適性、適切安排,這些都是人力資源部門所重視的課題。 在一般教育訓練工作,大部份採取同質化訓練,全部員工訓練相同課程,採取單一化訓練,將教育訓練工作單純化,如此訓練方式,不僅造成公司人力資源浪費,把訓練演化成表面化、形式而已,無法有效達到訓練的功能,浪費訓練成本,從這方面來看,個別化、適性化的訓練方式顯得更加重要。所以本研究以基因演算法應用於人力資源系統的選課上,並探討其適用性及可行性,透過最佳化處理過程,建置人力管理資源系統。 關鍵字:基因演算法、人力管理資源系統 Applying the Genetic Algorithm to the Human Resource Management :Optimizing the Curriculum Choice for Employees Training Courses Student:Chih-Min Tsai Advisor:Dr. Tien-Chin Wang Institute of Information Management, Abstract In the global competition environment, it is the critical factor of organization’s success that increases employee’s competition, makes perfect management and applies employee’s ability. General corporations must consider so many factors, including company training plans, department training goals in education training and etc. Because of different thought between managers and employees in the choice of time and importance of training courses, the education training has gradually been formed the individual trend. The training way should start with the goal of company, and match with individual training model. Considering to every employee’s characteristic, the different needs of education training must be emphasized by human resource department. In general training task, most of all adopted training way. The homogenous training way not only wasted the company’s human resource but also formalize the training. It is not efficient to get the training goal. Therefore, individual and proper training
