Section A ( 2a—2d) 教学设计 博白镇二中 彭洲峦 一、教学目标: 熟练运用“should (not) be allowed to do”谈论应该被允许和不应该被允许做某事; 熟练运用 “I agree / disagree.”或“ I don’t agree.”表达自己的观点。 二、教学重点: 重点语法:含有情态动词的被动语态 重点词汇:earring , flash 重点句型: I don’t think sixteen-year-olds should be allowed to drive. I agree./ I disagree. I think sixteen is too young. Do you think teenagers should be allowed to work at night? 三、教学难点: 含情态动词 should的被动语态结构“should be allowed to” Teaching steps Stpe 1 Revision Review the key words and phrases. Review the key sentences. Step 2 Lead in Show some paintings by Picasso and make a simple intrudction of him , also ask the class where they can see his paintings. Step3 Reading Get the Ss read 2d and find out the answers: 1. Where will they go for their school trip? 2. Does Mr. Smith allowed students to take photos? Check the answers. Step 4 Presentation Get the Ss read aloud 2d together, then role-play it. Explaintion of be excited about… Step 5 Practice Do the exercise quickly , and check the answers one by one. Step 6 Listening 1. Pre-listening What does Molly think of Kathy’s statements? Listen and circle A for Agree, D for Disagree or DK for Doesn’t Know. 2.Lsten 2a and finish it. 3. Listen again. What are Kathy’s and Molly’s reasons? Number their reasons in the correct order. 4.Listen the third time and finish the exercises. Step 7 Practice Make a list of things teenagers should and should not be allowed to do. Discuss in groups. A: Do you think teenagers should...? B: Yes, I .../No, I... Step 8 Summary Passive voice with model verbs – should/must/can/could/ be done Step 9 Homework Write down what should be allowed to do or should not be allowed to do in school or your family. 板书设计 情态动词+be + done be excited about… should/must/can/could/may stop doing sth. stop to do sth.
