内容摘要 安全农产品越来越受到国家和民众的关注,随着国家社会经济的发展,人们已不再满足于解决温饱问题,更多倾向于食品的健康安全问题。我国安全农产品发展虽然迅猛,但目前在市场中所占份额仍然较少,难以真正融入到大家的生活之中,而消费者对安全农产品的认知能力是很重要的影响因素,而对认知能力影响因素的研究有利于对安全农产品的发展推广,有利于提高民众的生活质量。此次通过对广州消费者的问卷调查,将相关数据进行统计分析,针对性的探究广州消费者对安全农产品的认知能力及其影响因素。 消费者的认知能力与年龄、受教育程度、婚姻状况、月收入状况等影响因素有关,在对传统变量的分析中,可以明确看出它们对消费者认知能力影响并进而产生对消费者购买行为的影响。消费者的购买意愿最终转化为消费行为,是研究其认知能力影响因素的最终目的,通过提高消费者的认知能力,来提高安全农产品的发展。 关键词: 安全农产品 认知能力 消费行为 回归分析 Abstract With the development of country’s economy, safe agricultural products have attracted more and more concern from countries and people, people are no longer content to solve the problem of food and clothing, more inclined to food health and safety issues. The development of safe agricultural products in China is rapid, but at present in the market share is still small, it is difficult to truly integrate into the peoples lives, and the cognitive ability of the consumers on the safety of agricultural products is very important influencing factors, and factors which influence seriously on the ability in favor of development and promotion of safe agricultural products, is conducive to improve the quality of life of the people. Through the questionnaire survey of Guangzhou consumers, relevant data for statistical analysis, to explore Guangzhou consumers of safe agricultural products cognitive ability and its influencing factors. Consumers cognitive ability and age, education level, marital status, monthly income and other factors, in on the analysis of the traditional variables, you can clearly see their effect on consumer cognitive ability and leads to the buying behavior of consumers. Consumers purchase intention eventually transformed to consumer behavior is their cognitive ability and its influencing factors in the final purpose of research, through the increase of the consumers cognitive ability, to improve the development of safe agricultural products.
