一、Teaching goals:
1.Master the new words and phrases:straight ,tall ,height ,thin, curly , heavy ,build , look like , be of medium build , be of medium height
2.Master the new sentens:
----What does he/she look like ?
----He/She is tall ./He/She has curly hair .
He/She’s of medium height.

学会对人物外表特征的提问及回答。
三、Moral aims
学会观察和描述周围的人物,互相了解,增进友谊。
四 、key points:
1. 重点词汇:curly ,straight ,tall ,height ,thin, heavy ,build , look like , be of medium build , be of medium height
2.学习描述外貌的句型:

----He/she is tall .He/she has curly hair .

1.让学生完成导学案 :Task 1.Task 2 ,Task3,then check the answers .
2.Read .
Step 4:Play a game ( 看谁反应快)
Step 5:Presentation
1.看PPT,看图说词句。
2.Sum up. ( be and has/have)
3.Exercise.
4.1a.Match the words with the people in the picture.
5.1b.Listen and fill in the blanks in the picture.
6.Listen again,find out Amy’friend.
7.Listen again,模仿读音,然后陈述Amy’s friend 的外貌。
Amy’s friend is _________, She/He has ________.
Step 6 : Pairwork
1c 让学生两人一组模仿1c, 进行操练。
T: What does he/she look like?
Ss: He/She is tall. He/She has short hair.
Step 7:Listening
1.2a Ask students to read these three questions, then listen and answer the questions
2. 2b. Listen again. Fill in the chart.注意2a中“has”“is”的使用情况。
3. Check the answers.
